and Christmas cards? Yes! I can send you up to three FREE samples

How do I send the
picture? Please e-mail them to me as an attachment in their original
state. I will let you know that I received them. Digital cameras need
to be at least a 3 megapixel. Scanners need to be at least 300 dpi.
You can always send them snail mail. We try to send your hard copy
pictures back with your order, but it is not guaranteed. Please make
a negative or copy of your photo.
Do you charge extra for custom designs?
I will custom design an announcement, invitation, or Christmas card
specifically for you at no extra charge. If you have a specific theme
or idea, just let me know. Payment in full is required before work
begins on your custom design.
How do I know that I will like the final
product?
I will e-mail you a proof to look over and you will confirm
that everything is correct and ready for printing. If you want something
changed, let me know before approving the proof. You can also request
a free sample to see our product first hand. See the link below for
free samples.
What if there's a mistake on the final product? I recommend
having several people look over the proof before approval. If you
left something out, I will reprint them for you and charge you again
with a 25% discount. If the error is my fault (the final product is
different than the approved proof), I will print again at no additional
charge to you.
