Heavenly Impressions offers fast, friendly and personal service. You will work one-on-one with an experienced photo card designer to ensure high-quality results. We do not offer cookie-cutter cards. Our cards are exclusive and you will not find them anywhere else!!

We use the best printer in the US! We do not use drug store labs. Our printer sells to professional photographers and uses Kodak Professional Supra Endura VC Digital Paper with a lustre finish . Supra Endura VC paper has an increased color gamut, excellent flesh reproduction, sharpness, and brilliant image quality.

We also provide the best short run Press Printed Photo Cards in the photographic and printing industry. Using state-of-the-art HP Indigo digital printing presses with real liquid ink, the color quality and consistency of our press printed cards are top-notch!


How does this work?
1. Browse through the designs and pick the one you love the most.
2. Click on the "Order Here" button placed at the bottom of each page or click on the "Order Here" button on the side navigation bar. You can also place your order by simply emailing rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com.
3. Once you've placed your order, email us at rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com with the following information:
                *design choice
                *font choice
                *paper choice and size
                *exact text (Don't worry about spacing. We will take care of that.)
                *picture/s emailed as file attachments

4. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received and you will receive a proof within 24-48 hrs.
5. Once you approve the proof, your order will be sent to print.

What is a proof?
A proof is a low resolution digital image of your photo card that is emailed to you for approval before your order is sent to print.

Do you charge for proofs?
A FREE proof will be emailed in approximately 1-2 business days.
One FREE revision (proof #2) is provided upon request.
Additional or revised proofs (proof # 3+) are $5.00 each.

It's been several days and I haven't seen my proof.
Please email us at  rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com and let us know if you think your proof time has passed and you did not receive a proof. Occasionally the email we send our customers is marked as spam by your email client and you don't receive it. You may also call us at 318.458.3531 from 9:00 - 3:00 Central.

How do I send the picture?
Please e-mail your picture to me as a file attachment. Do not resize or edit the photo. This will ensure the best possible resolution. I will do all of the necessary cropping and editing. Do not send pictures through picture sharing sites like Snapfish and Shutterfly or links to your photo on-line from professional photographers or studios . These sites do not allow downloads of the original, high resolution picture file. Do not send pictures from professional photographers c.d.s unless they are the high resolution picture file. Many photographers and pro studios sell photos on c.d.s, but they are not suitable for printing. Your photographer will be able to tell you if they are print worthy.

Can I pay using my credit card or check?
Yes, you can use your credit card or check to pay using Paypal. You can use a mastercard, visa, american express, discover or check using Paypal.

What is paypal?
Paypal is a company owned by Ebay. They process credit cards and checks for Heavenly Impressions using a secure server. You do not have to create a paypal account to pay using paypal.

What is Press Printed Cardstock?
Press Printed Cardstock Cards are not photographs, but are produced on state of the art digital printing presses. Our HP presses use real liquid ink, not toner like a color copier as some other printers use, to give our press products the look and feel of a very high quality printed piece.
We use 110 lb. cardstock and it is only available in packs of 25.
Both sides are printed!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Approximately 7-14 business days. If you need them faster, we do offer rush services for an additional fee.

What shipment method do you use?
We offer 3 shipment methods.
All shipment methods are insured.

USPS Priority mail is a 2-3 day service, but is not guaranteed by USPS. With processing time, orders will be received approximately 5-8 business days post proof approval.

USPS Express mail is an overnight or 2nd day service depending on your area. It is guaranteed by USPS. With processing time, orders will be received in approximately 3-5 business days post proof approval.

Rush Delivery includes rush shipping and rush processing. If only photo cards are orderd, your order will ship within 1 business day via UPS Next Day Air and will arrive within 1-2 business days post proof approval.  If photo cards and another product (such as labels) are ordered, your order will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Express mail and will arrive within 2-4 business days post proof approval.


Do you ship to Canada and other countries other than the US?
Yes, we do! Please email us at rachel@heavenlyimpressions.com for information regarding shipping to a country other than the US. Rates range from $15.00 and up depending on your country and shipment method choice.

Do square cards require extra postage?
Yes, USPS does charge extra postage for square envelopes. Please contact USPS for an exact amount. (usually .17 more than a regular first class stamp).
You can request 5x7 envelopes be substituted for 5x5 envelopes with your order at no additional charge. 5x7 envelopes do not cost extra to mail.


Do you charge extra for custom designs?
No, I do not charge extra for custom designs. However, payment must be made in full before work begins on your custom design.

Can I return my product for a refund? What if there's a mistake on the final product?

No refunds or exchanges unless the final product is different from the approved proof.
Please make sure all text and pictures are correct before approving the proof.
Once approved, no changes can be made. I will reprint with a 25% discount.

Color Variations: Slight variations in the printing process may occur from order to order. Colors may also vary slightly from hard copy samples. Actual colors shown on our website may vary slightly, as all monitors display colors differently based on individual capabilities.


Why do you have a minimum order?We require that you order at least 25 cards (including stationery, mommy cards, and gift enclosures. )
*We will accept an order of 20 photo birthday invitations. We realize that some birthday parties are small family parties.
All other categories are 25.
We have a minimum set because you are not paying only for the paper, you are paying for the design and designer's time as well! When you check out, if you do not order the minimum of 25 cards, we will notify you and send you an invoice for the difference. We appreciate your cooperation!
